Navigating our Graduate and Intern Recruitment Process

1

WILL KPMG FUEL YOUR FUTURE?

Learn about KPMG through our website and explore if our values align with yours. Come meet us at your university campus or see life at KPMG by attending one of our office events.

2

APPLY ONLINE

Our Interns join us for a 12 week, paid internship from November through to February. Our Graduate roles start the first week of March. You’ll need to provide your unofficial academic transcript, CV, and answer one question as part of your application. We don’t ask you for a cover letter, so that’s one less thing to worry about!

3

VIDEO AND ONLINE QUESTIONS

After one of our team has read your application, we’ll ask you to complete a video recording and online testing. You’ll have the chance to practice both before clicking submit.

4

INVITATION TO MEET OUR TEAMS

Once your video interview, abilities assessments and application have been reviewed by the team, we will send you an email inviting you to attend an assessment day or an interview. This invitation will explain everything you need to know.

5

ASSESSMENT DAY - IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL

You will work both individually and in teams to solve a business problem and present back to a panel. This will also include the opportunity to meet with a KPMG Leader and ask any questions you may have.

INTERVIEW - IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL

For some of our smaller teams or locations, you will be invited to speak with our team to discuss the opportunity in further detail.

6

AFTER THE ASSESSMENT DAY

You will receive an email with high level feedback on your application. This email will include an option to book in a phone call if you require further feedback.

On rare occasions decisions may take a little longer but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
