Affinity Networks

Te Ao Maori

We embed Te Ao Māori principles and experiences within the heart and fabric of the firm to enhance our relevance within communities and markets.  Nurturing an environment where Māori are able to bring the full experience and benefit of their heritage to work. Some ways we do this are through our Pou Ahurea (cultural advisor), Kiwa affinity group, Māori language strategy and developing relationships with local kura kaupapa, mana whenua and Māori boarding schools.


We offer gender-neutral support for all stages of the parental journey, including 18 weeks of fully paid parental leave

Social Clubs

Our social clubs hold regular events aimed at bringing people together for social, sporting, cultural, family and fundraising activities.


The firm and our people serve our communities through local partnerships and fundraising, pro-bono engagements, leadership and governance roles, and employee volunteering.

Green Team

Our Green team educate, engage and empower our people and our firm to make better personal and business decisions, with the aim of reducing our environmental footprint and being carbon zero by 2030.
