KPMG New Zealand does work with a small number of preferred agencies in New Zealand. Agencies will only be briefed when we have exhausted attempts to recruit directly so if in doubt please check our job listings and apply directly if you see a suitable vacancy.

Agencies working on a role officially will be able to provide you with a detailed KPMG branded job description upon request. If you have any doubt about an agency claiming to represent KPMG please contact us.

Unfortunately Recruitment Fraud is growing at an alarming rate. KPMG or the agencies we use will ever ask for payment from a candidate to secure an interview. If you have any concerns about an approach purporting to be from KPMG or one of our suppliers please use this form to contact us directly with your query.

For Agencies

We do not pay agency fees where speculative and unsolicited CV’s are submitted to KPMG or KPMG employees by any means other than through our recruitment portal. Where this is not observed KPMG reserves the right to contact these candidates directly and initiate discussions without payment of any agency fee.

We do, however, work with a defined list of preferred suppliers who may be invited to support us in sourcing candidates for particular roles, but, in line with our PSL, we only pay agency fees where we have a signed agreement in place and an agency has been instructed by a member of the KPMG Talent Acquisition team.

Submission of any unsolicited CV’s and proposals to KPMG will be deemed evidence of full and unlimited acceptance of this Agency policy. Our definition of an unsolicited CV/proposal includes any CV, profile or communication that is not directed to a member of the KPMG Talent Acquisition team.
